The Internet is not an absolutely secure environment. We strongly recommend that you use a secure method and use a complex password to help us ensure the security of your account. We also strongly advise that you neither share your password with others nor re-use passwords on our Services that you use on other sites or apps, as doing so increases the likelihood of your being the victim of a credential stuffing attack or other malicious cyber behavior. If you feel that the security of your account or personal data has been compromised, please immediately contact us at our dedicated Privacy Center or as otherwise described in the “Contact Us” section below.

* The shipping time is an estimate based on the date the order is paid for, but the actual shipping time may take longer than expected due to reasons such as invalid address(es), customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact customer service to verify within 14 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact customer service within 30 days of the order date.

* Please click the "Confirm Delivery" button within 3 months (from the date of shipment). After that, the button will turn gray and cannot be used to get additional points.

Due to the customs policy, your package may incur tariff. Please note that you are responsible for paying the tariff.

During peak sale season, the delivery time of your package(s) may take a little bit longer. Thanks for your patience. Please go to "my orders_track" to track your order.

RETURN POLICY

We hope you love what you ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?

(1)About return time

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition. Once we receive your parcel in our warehouse, your refund will be automatically issued.

Self-Sending:Please choose your own logistics company and ship out the package at your own expense.

How do I make a return?

1.Sign into your BAGS BY OLIPHANT account.

2.Find the order in My Orders & click "Return Item".

3.Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, then submit.

4.Select the return method and refund method, then please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?

1. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, underwear, event & party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies, beauty and most accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).

2. Please note that gifts and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. We will not accept any worn, damaged, washed or altered items.

4. We do not offer postage for packages returned to us. Returns are made at your own expense.

Important Notice:

1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address we provide.

2. Please make sure you don't include non-BAGS BY OLIPHANT items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending them back to you.

How will I get my refund?

Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your BAGS BY OLIPHANT Wallet or the original payment account as per your request.

Note: The original shipping fees and guarantee fees are non-refundable.

NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was first placed.
